Scalerrs is a marketing agency for SaaS companies, mostly in the US. It sells SEO, content and link building, and has since added Reddit and YouTube.
Agency work depends on people, so it depends on operations. Founder Jules Davies had tried ClickUp, Monday and Notion. Each was built to move tasks along, and none held everything a campaign needs in one place: deliverables, client data and the tasks themselves. Without that structure, there was little to automate.
He wanted two things from fixing it. Clients should have a better experience, which drives retention, pricing and positioning. The team should have a repeatable way of working that does not bog it down or let errors reach clients.
