Want to make your operations a priority this quarter?Book a call

Here’s how we would start

It takes two weeks from the day you say go to a working prototype. It starts with a call, and nothing else begins until you decide to go ahead.

  1. Step 1 · Our call

    Operations strategy call

We walk through how your business runs, answer your questions and agree where to start.

    You get

A clear view of where your business can save the most

  2. Day 0 · Onboarding

    One-day onboarding

Once you decide to go ahead, we set up access and meet the people we will speak with. It takes one day.

    You get

A two-week plan, with names and dates

  3. Days 1–7 · Process mapping

    We map your operation, live

We run four or five calls with your team. We ask the questions; you answer. We map each process live as we go.

    You get

Every process, leak and fix on one map

  4. Days 8–14 · Working prototype

    We build a working prototype

It shows how the system solves your specific bottlenecks, with your data and tools in one place.

    You get

A working prototype built on your own jobs

  5. Day 14 · Optimization roadmap

    You get your roadmap

We list every leak we found, what it is worth and how to fix it, in order. You decide what to build, set up or skip.

    You get

A costed roadmap you can act on

The wrong fix costs more than the fee

Each step of our method cuts one of the costs below, from solving the wrong problem to software nobody uses.

Every stage ends with something you keep

You commit to one stage at a time. The build price is fixed after the diagnostic, and nothing is billed by the hour.

Each fee is set by your company’s size and scope and agreed in writing before the stage starts. Hosting is billed to you directly by the providers.

Running costs are small and billed to you directly

Hosting comes from the providers with no markup from us. Support after launch is optional and month to month.

  • HostingFrom about $100 a month at small scale, billed to your company. It rises with users and data volume.
  • No license feesYou pay us nothing to use the system. Tools you keep, such as your accounting software, stay on your current plans.
  • PartnershipOptional and month to month. Cancel with 30 days of notice.
  • Start dateOnboarding, day 0 of the diagnostic, usually happens within three working days of signing.

If you stop, what you paid for keeps working

Nothing renews on its own and nothing is held back. Each stage ends with work you own outright.

    Day 14After the diagnostic

You keep the map, the prototype and the roadmap. Build from them with any developer, or with us later.

  2. 02

The system runs on your accounts. Switch off our access at any time, and it keeps working.

Give 30 days of notice. You keep everything we built, including every improvement.

What founders and executives ask about cost and terms

Straight answers on fees and terms. If yours is not here, ask it on the call.

It depends on your company's size and how many processes we map. We agree the fee in writing before day 1, and it does not change.
